Broadband Packages |

Our broadband packages are in line with the new 21CN broadband, also known as ADSL 2+. As the roll-out progresses, customers on ADSL 2+ exchanges will benefit from greater speeds up to 24 Mbps download speed. The new packages are shown on these pages.
21CN is the name given to BT's next generation network programme, under which it is creating an IP-based national fibre network to enable communication in a range of formats and support the demand for voice and data convergence. One of the most significant benefits of the network is the flexibility of choice and control that customers will gain in the way they use the connectivity services made available. 21CN will enable you to provide faster and more stable broadband at ADSL2+ speeds as well as Quality of Service (QoS) options for customers who wish to be able to prioritise traffic. |

* If your exchange supports ADSL 2+, we will provision your line up to 24 Mbps downstream. Otherwise, we will provision your line up to 8Mbps and tell you when your line supports ADSL 2+. ** Migrations are free unless from an LLU or cable provider where an activation fee applies. NOTES: We apply a cease charge of £28.00 +VAT on all connections ceased. This includes ceases that result from migration of connections to an LLU (Local Loop Unbundled) provider. We charge £70.00 +VAT for order cancellations made prior to the order delivery date. |
