emailitis.com was started by Christoph Kuhle in 1994, after 18 years as a British Army officer. Christoph's aim from the outset was to provide great service within the communications industry which has been dominated by impersonal call centres and frustratingly bad levels of customer satisfaction.

We live in a climate where companies and their employees are more mobile. Directors want to enable employees to work remotely (whether from multiple offices or from home) in a seamless manner; startups want a telephone number that need never change. Small companies want the benefits that large telephone systems offer. Large companies seek to take better control of their communications.
